We are pleased to invite you to a
2-day hands-on BESA software
workshop Thursday and Friday, August 17-18, 2006 at
MicroTek New York, hosted by Cortech
Solutions and Tracy Dennis of Hunter College, City University of New York. The workshop, to be
given by Karsten Hoechstetter of Megis, GmbH, will emphasize practical details for using effectively the
new features of BESA 5.1.

The workshop will provide an introduction to the BESA program,
including a presentation of the features of the new BESA version 5.1. Hands-on
sessions are combined with demonstrations and explanatory introductory talks.

artifact rejection, traditional peak analysis

Who Should Attend
The workshop is
intended for both new and experienced BESA users, as well as
potential users.
Format
The workshop consists of lectures, software demos, discussion and labs.
Cost and Registration
The cost of the
workshop is $300 per person to help defray expenses. Advance registration

Travel arrangements
Airfare, hotel and
other travel expenses are not included in the registration fee, so attendees
should make their own travel arrangements. Flights to New York are
plentiful, but please make arrangements early to avoid the August rush.
