We are pleased to invite you to a

new features of EMSE® Suite v5.1, including image processing, source estimation,
wavelet and independent component analysis, and hypothesis testing. The
schedule is described in greater detail in the PDF schedule.
Download the detailed
workshop schedule in PDF format.
Who Should Attend
The workshop is
intended to be useful for both new and experienced EMSE users, as well as
those potential users who wish more information regarding either the
software or the principles of multimodal source estimation, as implemented
in EMSE Suite. Experienced functional brain imagers who want specific
information regarding analysis techniques for EEG/MEG-based brain dynamics
studies will also find the workshop to be of value.
Format
The workshop
consists of lectures, software demos, discussion and labs. Bring your
laptop, and you can install our new software. In addition, you can bring
your own data or use sample data that we will provide.
Cost and Registration
The cost of the
workshop is $200 per person to help defray expenses. Advance registration
is strongly recommended, since space is limited. To reserve a place, or
request additional information, please visit the registration link below.

The workshop will
be held at the Coastline Convention Center in Wilmington. See
www.nccoastalevents.com for
more information about the venue.
Air Travel to Wilmington
Airfare, hotel and
other travel expenses are not included in the registration fee, so attendees
should make their own travel arrangements. Flights to Wilmington, NC (ILM)
are available through Charlotte, Atlanta, New York (LaGuardia) and
occasionally through Washington, DC (DCA-Reagan National, but not IAD-Dulles).
Hotel
Accommodations
The Coastline Inn
is on the property of the Convention Center, so it is the most convenient
place to stay. It also happens to be very reasonably priced, with
rooms ranging from $69 to $89 per night. Contact the hotel by phone at
800-617-7732 for rates and reservations. There are plenty of
other hotel options in Wilmington, including others on the riverfront (e.g.
Hilton: www.wilmingtonhilton.com)
and others at Wrightsville Beach (e.g. Holiday Inn Sunspree:
www.wrightsville.sunspreeresorts.com)
This will be a
valuable opportunity, both to learn about the software, and to meet with
other EMSE users, as well as SSI and Cortech Solutions staff. We hope that
you will be there!
