The OctaMon Muscle (M) NIRS packages, associated accessories, and software. The OctaMon M is a wearable eight channel NIRS device optimized for muscle oxygenation measurements. Changes in oxyhemoglobin, deoxyhemoglobin, and total hemoglobin can be regionally monitored in a two x four channel configuration. Each channel width is customizable, providing the versatility often required in sports science research.

With the OctaMon M, the focus was placed on usability and portability, while still providing the same quality of data as measured by large NIRS systems. The OctaMon is a lightweight, plug-and-play device with close to no set-up time. It works with multichannel LED’s, giving you continuous and real-time feedback in data analysis software that is delivered with the system.

With optodes that lay flat on the skin and fully adjustable tension settings, the OctaMon M is perfect for everything from sports science to rehabilitation research.
