Description

Maintenance contract, one year: PortaLite premium package. First year full maintenance included. Includes a direct replacement whenever device needs to be returned to our office for repair. Also includes shipment of the replacement and the repaired device. Also includes basic maintenance elements: yearly checkup and calibration of the instrument, malfunctioning components are replaced free of charge, if needed new firmware is installed, updates of the Oxysoft analysis software, access to helpline by email / phone / remote session.
